Online Orders are shipped directly from our Boutique at the Houston Galleria. Orders are typically shipped day of or next day. Please note we use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL as our shipping carriers. Customers will have the ability to see and choose which carrier they prefer and at which speed during check-out.

Local Houston, TX Orders : Store Pick-up or Free no-contact Delivery
Additionally, customers shipping to the Houston, TX area can request store pick-up for their order during check-out. The Brown Garage, Purple Garage, or Yellow Garage for the Houston Galleria are closest to our boutique. Houston, TX area customers can also request free no-contact delivery during check-out. Please leave your phone number (call/text) or email so that we may coordinate best delivery date and time. Customers may also leave delivery date/time requests in the 'Notes' during check-out for an expedited process.
Free Gift Wrapping / Gift Orders
All online orders will receive gift wrapping by default. Customers may request to have no gift wrapping in the 'Notes' during check-out. If there are multiple items in an order, we will make notations on your fulfillment document so you will not be confused.
If your order is a gift, we can add a gift IKI info packet explaining a bit about Japanese Craftsmanship or remove the fulfillment document by request. No payment information is included on the fulfillment document.
Purchases made online or in store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date. Products must be new and unused in original packaging.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to request a return or exchange. Customers are liable for return shipping cost. Tracking number must be sent for verification purposes. Once return shipment is received and verified, the return or exchange will be processed. Return payment will be returned to original form of payment. If products are damaged or defective upon arrival, customers have 7 days from package arrival to notify Iki Japan; return or exchange shipping cost will be processed free of charge. Original shipping cost cannot be refunded.
In Store Purchases
Valid identification and original receipt must be presented at the time of transaction to receive return or exchange authentication. Return payment will be made to the original form of payment. Exchanges may be made for products of same value. If products are of higher value, customer must make payment for the difference. If products are of lower value, customer will receive the difference towards their original payment method.
Gift returns or exchanges must have valid original receipt or gift receipt at time of transaction to receive authentication. Exchanges may be made for products of same value. If products are of higher value, customer must make payment for the difference. If products are of lower value, customer will receive a gift card or code for the payment difference.
The ticket price represents a price at which we previously offered the product, or a comparable product in our store or online, recently or in a past season or year, or the value of a similar item in the market. It may not represent the price in effect at our store or online or elsewhere in the market on any particular day. We offer a one-time Price Adjustment within 7 days of purchase, with valid original receipt. The Price Adjustment refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
