From the heart of Tokyo, we bring you traditional glass maker, Hirota Glass. Founded in 1899 by Kinta Hirota, Hirota Glass is now under the direction of its 4th generation, and strives to introduce designs from throughout Japanese history, with a modern appeal.
Here, Hirota's artisans have crafted a chic, modern-style water container or sake container. Using high skill, these craftsmen are able to achieve high-transparency despite being hand-blown glass. It is then covered with striking, jet-black lacquer to bring vibrancy to your table.
Jun Shizuku 潤しずく in Japanese translates to 'Elegant Drop'. Can you see this in its smooth sides?
Kamaboko version has been cut in traditional Edo Kiriko style: a bold design choice to bring beautiful color to your tabletop!
