Crafted by TAKAZAWA CANDLE in the traditional method, "WA-ROUSOKU." Made from natural, plant-based waxes since 1892 in Nanao City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. Japanese candles use a paper core, wrapped with tree bark fibers, giving the candle a large, bright flame.
KOME-NO-MEGUMI means the blessing of rice. Rice has been the staple food of Japan since antique times. Theses candles are made with rice bran wax, making them not only beautiful, but also eco-friendly! Each candle has a burn duration of up to 30 minutes.
